When can I begin the Online Coaching Program once I sign-up?

You can book your spot now and start your week 1 anytime within 3 days once you receive your plan. Once you submit your customisation details (after sign-up), we will prepare your customised meal plan and workout plan and share it with you on your provided whatsapp number within 3-4 days.

Who can join VST Online Coaching Program ?

If you are someone who has constantly tried multiple programs and fallen off the wagon repeatedly.

If you are someone who has never even moved an inch of your body before (never done any workout or diets)

If you are someone who is already fit, but looking to get fitter

If you are someone who is struggling with the way you look and feel about yourself

If you are someone who is looking to feel more confident about yourself

Then our VS Transformation Plans are just the right thing for you. No matter which city, country you are from; no matter your age/gender; no matter whether you are looking to lose fat and/or build muscle; as long as you have access to internet, VS Transformation Plans and our coaching program will prove to be beneficial for you.

What happens after I sign-up for VS Transformation Online Coaching ?

Once you sign-up for our VS Transformation Online program/coaching using the secure checkout option through our website, you get to submit details through an excel sheet (will be sent on whatsapp after your enrollment) about your current body (height, weight, age, gender, etc), dietary & workout preferences & limitations, whether you have access to any equipments or not and your fitness goals. Based on your response to these questions, I will prepare your personalised meal plan and workout plan for 2 weeks and share it with you on whatsapp within 3-4 days after receiving the excel file. Once you receive your plan, you can do the necessary shopping and get started with your program right away! Biweekly progress (After every 2 weeks) has to be done from your side (using pictures and accountability sheet; excel sheet). Your progress will be evaluated and your plan may be fine tuned accordingly for the upcoming 2 weeks and similar cycle happens for the entire 2 or 3 months coaching that you signup for.

Will I receive support during my VST Online Coaching Program?

You will receive constant support on whatsapp throughout our journey together. If you have any doubts, queries or concerns, no matter how big or small, please do not hesitate text on the whatsapp number that is provided to you. We will assist you, guide you, and motivate you and make sure you overcome any challenges or difficulties faced.

How will my VST Meal Plan be personalised for me?

Your personalised meal plan will be carefully made to help you reach your specific goals. I will make this based on your current body condition, activity levels, dietary (veg or non veg), supplements & workout preferences and limitations. I will carefully calculate the macronutrient and calorie requirements for your body and create a meal plan that’s specific to your routine/schedule. So make sure that you submit your accurate details so that your customised plan is made FOR YOU!

Do I need a gym membership to follow the VST Workout Plan? Or do I need any equipments to workout?

No. You don’t necessarily have to visit the gym to workout. You don’t even need any fancy equipments apart from the basic ones in order to workout at home. When I say personalised workout plan, I truly mean personalised and prepare your workout plan based on your preference; so you can workout at home with minimal equipments as well if you do not have access to gym!

Do I need to take any supplements or performance enhancements in order to achieve my fitness goals?

Your plan is going to be completely natural and we don’t encourage the use of any PEDs in the lifestyle coaching programs. Usage of supplements can vary depending upon your dietary preferences which is again is let to you as an option and will be discussed about it after enrollment.

Can I have cheat meal ?

You can choose to have a cheat day once in 2/4 weeks depending on your progress and when we suggest you to have. It can be either on a weekend or any other weekday and you can eat whatever you desire by following the instructions given (if any)

What kind of food will I be eating as part of my VST Diet Plan?

Your diet plan will have quick and common foods to make your meal plan sustainable for you. The food in your meal plan will be made to fit your preferences and limitations. Is it like eating simple home-cooked food? Yes, I will make you eat simple home-cooked food! You can’t cook multiple meals in a day? I will make sure that you don’t spend too much time in the kitchen! You don’t like a particular food item? I will try to exclude those from your meal plan!

Do you help me with my injuries ?

As this is an online service, I’m not in a position to diagnose injuries. I would advise that you get in person advise on any injuries before starting your training program.
Medical advice is not a part of my service. To be clear, although my training programs work toward optimal health, they are not intended as a replacement for personalized medical advice.

What if I have a specific medical condition?

Despite my expertise, there are certain medical conditions that I CANNOT work with. I would love to be able to help everybody that reaches out to me, but unfortunately, I cannot and will have to refer to your local medical provider if possible.
Make sure you are physically fit to take up my coaching and if you have any questions about a specific medical condition, please contact me to find out more before enrollment. We will not be held responsible for any complications if any medical condition was not discussed or brought to our notice.

Will I be provided refund for the services that I opt for?

No refunds will be provided after your enrollment into any of our coaching services or programs. For more information, visit our refund policy on the website.
